The World Economic Forum recently held an event that looked at the Scaling of Responsible Meat from Fork to Farm. It brought together participants from across the animal protein value chain to discuss critical issues of data availability and robustness, consumer trust, and our shared responsibility to work together to remain within the planetary boundaries. We talk with Maria Walsh, Global Marketing Director for Swine at dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition and Health, to get her take on the initiative and future of meat production.
