What are the benefits in using Digital SalmoFan™?

This offers more precise and consistent color measurements compared to visual assessments. It's easy to operate and convenient to use in the field trials as well as in the laboratory. Another benefit is data storage compared to visual SalmoFan™ and retrieval for future reference. Another great advantage digital instruments provide is objective color data, reducing subjective interpretation variations.

How are you using it?

We used it to measure fillet color in salmon, followed by instructions.

What do you like the most of Digital SalmoFan™?

Objective results - this reduces the reliance on subjective visual assessments

What is the coolest thing about it?

The coolest aspect might be the technology's ability to provide highly accurate and consistent color measurements, contributing to better informed decisions in salmon farming.
