SAP Ariba is a cloud-based procurement system that includes a transaction platform called the Ariba Network.
By bringing this new technology on-stream we’ll enable the dynamic exchange of electronic business documents including purchase orders, order confirmations and invoices. Meanwhile, we’re also expanding the availability of Ariba Catalogs to streamline online ordering for our users.
The first countries and sites have started to use the SAP Ariba system successfully. We continue our global roll-out onboarding further countries and sites in the coming months. The implementation of SAP Ariba is a key step in our DSM transformation journey to strengthen our partnership and to improve the End-to-End processes, and we invite our suppliers to join us on the Ariba Network.
